As a Client Success Coordinator at Zola Suite, Samara is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. She works closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and improves upon areas of dissatisfaction.

After graduating magna cum laude from Hofstra University in 2008, she gained early career success in account management with Coca Cola. She has since gained valuable competencies in project management, client relationship management, digital marketing and sales with both established and startup brands. Her background has allowed her to develop a real talent for pinpointing client needs and desired objectives while rolling out customized plans that surpass expectations and yield outstanding retention and satisfaction rates.

She spends her free time working with The Lost Angles Society, a charity for homeless teens in New York. She has been involved with this charity since 2010.
